Ras Shaitan, which translates as Devil’s Head, is a beautiful reef with numerous anemone fish, shrimps and a multitude of different Nudibranches to attract your attention. The sandy plateau is preceded by large areas of sea grass, in which Pipefish and Sea Horses are often found, and some beautiful table corals. You can also find the rare red anemone, green anemone and blue anemone all on this one dive site and it is possible to see both Rays and Sharks passing by in the blue. This is a really stunning dive, and for Deep Divers offers some stunning pinnacles and pristine coral at 40 plus meters.
