There are plenty of different dive sites in the Nuweiba area, stunning walls and beautiful coral gardens. The whole area is of pristine nature, a nearly untouched underwater paradise. Situated far away from Egypt's main tourism centres Sharm el Sheikh, Dahab and Hurghada, Nuweiba still offers diving of the quality that was found on the Sinai's east-coast 30 years ago.
Sensitive creatures, like sea horses, frog fish, ghost pipefish and nudibranches that have completely disappeared from Egypt's mass-market destinations, are still around in Nuweiba. This makes the area a macro photographer's dream!
